NYC Spaghetti Packaging

NYC Spaghetti, projet de packaging pour spaghetti conçu par le jeune designer Alex Creamer, étudiant à l’université de Central Lancashire en Angleterre.

Le fond du paquet a été réalisé suivant un modèle 3D du sommet du Chrysler Building de New York, permettant ainsi aux spaghetti de prendre le forme souhaitée.





"NYC Spaghetti", a project designed by Alex Creamer, a student at the University of Central Lancashire in the UK.

"I created this spaghetti packaging for a university project last year. The brief was to package one of 5 difficult items i.e. eggs, a rose, custard powder, spaghetti or marbles. I chose spaghetti. The spaghetti sits on a 3d model of the Chrysler Building that was modelled on CAD by my friend Ben Thorpe. And then modelled out of high density foam at uni. Creating a spaghetti model of the Chrysler building!"

Depuis 2006 la sonde MRO (Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter) de la NASA est en orbite à 300km autour de Mars.

A bord de MRO se trouve la caméra HiRISE de très haute résolution qui prend des photographies de la planète Mars depuis plusieurs années maintenant.

Since 2006, NASA's Mars Reconnaissance Orbiter (MRO) has been orbiting Mars, currently circling approximately 187 miles above the Martian surface.

On board the MRO is HiRISE, the High Resolution Imaging Science Experiment camera, which has been photographing the planet for several years now.

Fred Lebain A Spring in New York

Un printemps à New York, projet du photographe Fred Lebain, est visible jusqu’au 28 décembre à la galerie Philippe Chaume à Paris.

Fred Lebain est allé à New York prendre une série de clichés. Ils les a ensuite imprimé en grand format, puis est retourné sur les lieux pour les mettre en scène, comme en surimpression.




French photographer Fred Lebain took images of various areas in New York City.

He then revisited those sites after printing out huge poster versions of his shots. Then he carefully re-aligned the shots to incorporate his previous image into a new, dynamically interesting one.
